Agreement on personal data processing of Users by Limited Liability Company "Dom Hotel", concluding purchase and sale contract by making an order on the website www.dom-hotel24.ru

1. Present Agreement, the LLC "Dom Hotel" guarantees that the personal data obtained from users of the Website www.dom-hotel24.ru are processed in accordance and in compliance with the Federal Law "On personal data", RF Government Decree Federation No. 687, 781, etc., of the Law on migration registration using all the necessary organizational and technical measures concerning assurance of the personal data security in order to avoid any change, loss, illegal usage and unauthorized access.

2. Receiving and processing requests from the website www.dom-hotel24.ru for booking rooms and other services are applied by the hotels chain "Dom Hotel" in the following locations: - Krasnoyarsk City, Oborony Street, 3; - Krasnoyarsk City, Mira Avenue, 81; - Krasnoyarsk City, Krasnoy Armii Street, 10, building, 5.

3. The Agreement is established by the Principal of LLC "Dom Hotel". Any changes to the Agreement must be approved by the Principal of LLC "Dom Hotel".

4. Joining this Agreement and providing data on the Website www.dom-hotel24.ru by filling in the online application (registration) the User gives agreement on personal data processing specified during registration to the Limited Liability Company "Dom Hotel" (Russia, 660017 Krasnoyarsk City, Oborony Street, 3, office 223). User: - confirms that the personal data belongs to him personally; - accepts and confirms that he has considered carefully and fully the present Agreement and the conditions of personal data processing indicated in online application (registration) on the website; - accepts and confirms that all present Agreement provisions and the conditions of personal data processing are clear to him; - gives consent to the processing personal data by Website in order to make registration of the User on the Website; - agrees with the conditions of personal data processing without any reservations and restrictions.

5. The User gives his agreement on personal data processing, namely take actions provided in paragraph 3, part 1, article 3 of the Federal law of 27.07.2006 N 152-FL "On personal data", and confirms that giving such consent, he acts freely, of his own free will and in his own interest.

6. User consent to personal data processing is a concrete, informed and conscious.

7. Present User's consent is applied to the processing of the following personal data: - First name, Last name, Patronymic; - Phone number; - E-mail address. The user provides the right to perform the following actions (operations) with personal data, without limitation to the Web Service dom-hotel24.ru: - systematization; - data collection and storage; - storage period is specified in legislative documents storage time of reporting, but not less than three years from the date of discontinuance of the Website services use by the User; - data improvement (updating, change); - dissemination usage in aid of User’s registration on the Website (including personal data transfer); - personal data destruction; - personal data transfer by order of the court, including third parties, compliance with measures that protect personal data from unauthorized access, as well as the implementation of any other action with personal data, taking into account current legislation about privacy of personal data and the security of personal data during their processing.

8. This Agreement is valid unlimited time from the data provision moment and can be revoked by User by applying an application to Web Site administration submitting with the data determined in article 14 of the Law «On personal data».

9. Withdrawal of consent to personal data processing may be accomplished by directing the User of the appropriate order in writing form.

10. The website declines all responsibility for using information (both lawful and wrongful) by third parties posted on the Website, including its reproduction and distribution, carried out in all possible ways.

11. Personal data is processed by LLC "Dom Hotel" with the use of automation, including the use of information technologies and technical means, computer equipment, data computations complex and networks, means and transfer systems, personal data receipt and processing (telephone and television devices, means of production, copying documents and other technical means of processing of speech, graphic, video and alphanumeric information), software (operating systems, database management system, etc.), means of information protection applied in information systems and without the use of automation.

12. The Website has the right to make changes to this Agreement. In making changes in the current version date is indicated of the last update.

13. It is not considered to be a violation of obligations in accordance with reasonable and applicable legal requirements. The Website may use "cookies" technology. "Cookies" doesn’t contain any confidential information and is not shared with third parties.

14. The substantive and procedural law of the Russian Federation shall be applied to the present Agreement and relations between the User and the Website, arising out of the Agreement applying.
